Wholesale Policies

PAYMENT TERMS

All Montclair Made Wholesale orders are Pro Forma before work begins. When payment is received your order will be added to my production schedule so prompt payment is appreciated. Payment must be completed before production will begin.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled by Montclair Made if payment has not been made by the payment due date.

Once an invoice has been paid, no order cancellation will be considered.

Buyers may cancel an order only before the invoice has been paid.

SHIP DATE

Ship date will be reflected on your invoice.

DEADLINES

If you have a specific deadline, please make note of it on your PO or when you place your order.

SHIPPING

Montclair Made ships your carefully packaged order via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping charges include insurance. The amount is determined by the weight and size of the package, and your location. Shipping charges will be added to your PO and you will receive a final invoice with instructions for completing payment.

Estimated production time is 2 days - 3 weeks depending on the size of the order.

MINIMUMS

Each listings states the minimum order quantity requirement for that product. There is no minimum dollar amount per order.

PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION

I happily accept customization requests.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND DAMAGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please email me within 3 calendar days of receipt of your order and I will do everything I can to make it right.

Orders cannot be returned for a refund. Credit will be applied to future orders.

I will happily exchange product on one occasion per customer. Return and exchange shipping will be the buyer's responsibility. New merchandise will be shipped once the original merchandise has been inspected and deemed in good condition by me.

Absolutely no exchange will be considered for customized listings.

Contact Montclair Made immediately if any order arrives damaged.

OTHER

Each opening minimum order of Paper Garlands receives one free similar garland for in-store display where stated in the listing.

All products arrive individually packaged with an informational card in clear cello bags.
