The first Night Market on Glenridge Ave. was a festive and fun-filled event! I vended alongside familiar friends and networked with other local business people and artists, finding inspiration in our conversations, and renewed energy for on-going projects. Here are some photos from the sunny start to the full moon ending, live music and laughter all around. 

I'm busy remaking my labels, hang tags, invoices, and business cards with my new shop banner logo! While remaking my banner hasn't rebranded my business, it was a necessary refresher, and reminder of spring in the air. Here is the original post about reshooting signs for a new shop banner logo. I created a new collage banner for the shop and I couldn't be happier with the results! The old banner was too low resolution and I have been meaning to redo it for a while. Today the light outside was perfect so I took a walk around my neighborhood and shot photos of signage that I thought looked interesting and colorful. I carefully chose one letter from each sign to create the word "Montclair", just as I had 9 years ago when I created the first collage. Can you identify any of the signs I shot? My upcoming events for April are a great way to ease into the season and the variety offers something for everyone! On April 1st from 10-3pm you can find me at the Glen Ridge First's 4th Annual STEMfestival at the Glen Ridge Women's Club on Ridgewood Avenue. This event celebrates Science, Technology, Engineering, and Makers and I will be set up in the Maker Area. It's geared toward younger kids with lots of interactive exhibits, a scavenger hunt, and more. Tickets are available at the door but it's highly recommended to buy them ahead of time here. All The Cool Kids™ is the dynamic duo of Paige from The Scrub Girl and Jacki from WWP/Ohana Creative. They organize local pop-up markets that feature unique and creative businesses selling handmade or collectible vintage products. This Saturday, 3/11, from 12-6 is the St. Patrick's Edition, Emeralds and Absinthe, at The Russian Hall in Little Falls, NJ. I'll be there with bells on so if you come, bring a friend, and be sure to say hi!
